CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All duties and taxes are included in the price - that means there are no additional charges at delivery. This specifically applies to non-EU countries, such as the United States or United Kingdom. 

DELIVERY

IRIS MAREE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. IRIS MAREE requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to the customer.

Our packaging boxes are made from FSC certificated recycled paper.
Our dust bag is made from 100% organic cotton.

CANCELLATION


Customers can send an e-mail to info@irismaree.com to cancel an order. Please note that as a purchase will be prepared and dispatched quickly, IRIS MAREE might not be able to accommodate this request. In that case, the usual return policy comes into effect.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers may return their purchase within 14 days after delivery. An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the return procedure (sited below) to avoid loss or delay. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags and original packaging. Any non-faulty garments that are not in a condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer. IRIS MAREE will give a full refund within 14 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges).

RETURN PROCEDURE

Customers are asked to send an email to info@irismaree.com, to inform IRIS MAREE of their request to send a return. All returning garments must be sent back in perfect condition, with intact and affixed labels. Customers are advised to provide their return shipment with a tracking number, as IRIS MAREE is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.

Please note: Defective items are exchanged subject to availability, or refunded otherwise. Customers that wish to make a complaint are asked to the contact customer service department via info@irismaree.com. Bags purchased at IRIS MAREE in Amsterdam that will be exchanged or returned will not get refunded. Instead, a voucher is provided.

All prices are in euros including Dutch VAT (21%) and including shipping costs. IRIS MAREE accepts payments via IDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal, bank transfer, and Klarna. After placing an order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by email. Payments are processed by the payment service provider Mollie.
