When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect your order after confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmatory email from us with a tracking code. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam. All orders outside Benelux are handled by FedEx.

Customers can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel an order. Please note that as a purchase will be prepared and dispatched quickly, IRIS MAREE might not be able to accommodate this request. In that case, the usual return policy comes into effect.
IRIS MAREE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. IRIS MAREE requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to the customer.
Customers are asked to send an email to email@example.com, to inform IRIS MAREE of their request to send a return. All returning bags must be sent back in perfect condition, with intact and affixed labels. Customers are advised to provide their return shipment with a tracking number, as IRIS MAREE is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss. Refunds will be effected within 14 days after delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers may return their purchase within 14 days after delivery. An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the return procedure (sited below) to avoid loss or delay. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags and original packaging. Any non-faulty bags that are not in a condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer. IRIS MAREE will give a full refund within 14 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges).
All prices are in euros including Dutch VAT (21%) and excluding shipping costs. IRIS MAREE accept payments via iDEAL (in The Netherlands), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. After placing an order, costumers receive an automatically generated confirmation by email. Payments are processed by Mollie.
DUTIES & TAXES
We do not cover the cost of individual countries import sales taxes and these are not included in your shipping costs. If you’re placing an order from outside of Europe, you might be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, we advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about possible charges before placing an order with us. *Remark: as Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must be customs-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import. Please note that if you decide not to pay your import taxes or duties and consequently choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
