Returns & exchanges
Customers may return their purchase within 14 days after delivery. An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the return procedure (sited below) to avoid loss or delay. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags and original packaging. Any non-faulty bags that are not in a condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer. studio IRIS MAREE will give a full refund within 14 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges). Please note, items purchased with a discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Customers are asked to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to inform studio IRIS MAREE of their request to send a return. All returning garment must be sent back in perfect condition, with intact and affixed labels. Customers are advised to provide their return shipment with a tracking number, as studio IRIS MAREE is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss. Please note: Defective items are exchanged subject to availability, or refunded otherwise. Customers that wish to make a complaint are asked to the contact customer service department via email@example.com. Bags purchased at studio IRIS MAREE in Amsterdam that will be exchanged or returned will not get refunded. Instead, a voucher is provided.
All prices are in euros including Dutch VAT (21%) and excluding shipping costs. studio IRIS MAREE accept payments via iDEAL (in The Netherlands), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. After placing an order, costumers receive an automatically generated confirmation by email. Payments are processed by Mollie.
